"I wanted to take a moment to say Thank You to you and your staff. When Allen and I decided to install
a pool and hot tub, we did not know which way to turn. I called several pool companies and most
did not even give me the courtesy of a return phone call. Just before giving up, I saw an ad for
Carolina H20, so I called. I was given immediate attention, you came out reviewed all steps involved and shortly
after my pool and hot tub were installed. The guys working around my home were very polite and
kept the area clean. Anytime I have had a question you and/or your staff have been most helpful.

"After several weeks of wet testing different spas the choice was clear; the Marquis Epic and the team at Carolina H2O
were far and away the best choice...
Testing comparable spas by Marquis (the Epic), Hot Springs (the Vista and Grandee), Sundance (the Optima)
and Dimension One (the Chairman II), revealed flaws in each with the exception of the Epic...
With its dual speed pumps, well placed jets and seating options, the Epic excelled where the others faltered.
Thanks to the pumps and multiple routing options, the Epic allowed you to soak for extended periods of time without
the jets becoming uncomfortable...Add to that the ease of moving from one seat to another without having to stand
or "hurdle" an armrest, or being able to lounge without floating uncontrollably, and there really wasn't much
competition...
Just to make the decision even easier, the team at Carolina H2O was extremely helpful, courteous and flexible
(even allowing us to come in after hours for our tests)...
My wife and I are extremely happy with our decision and know that we will enjoy the spa and the service
for years to come....

Even sitting un-used for nearly a year it started right back up in March of 07. We use it nearly every day,
